Fifteen minutes before night watch. I have 9 to midnight then up at 6 and go to 9. Then I make breakfast for the crew- and go back to bed. Sleep for 3 hrs- wake up- make lunch for crew- back on watch from 1-4. That’s when I take my luxurious bath of baby wipes and I brush my teeth. Nap for two more hours, than dinner, cleaning, email and watch again. We had one nice day when I spent the afternoon on a project for work between watches. So grey and foggy, most of us just want tto sleep. Steve of course stays very, very busy. Always something to fix. Anyway we each have our own routine, which revolves around watches. Every once in awhile we have a big event- a close encounter with another boat this morning, a ripped sail, requiring a sail change, u just never know what might happen. The cousins are doing great. Ryan and Adam are my two watch partners. Ryan is great coach and a great sailor. He sits next to when I steer and talks me through waves. Head up, here comes a large swell that type of thing. He has a great way about him. Adam is strong and steady and also supportive but in a different way. As always, he keeps everyone laughing. Stu has a later watch, i only see him at meals. he drives when I sleep. Well its 9 straight up- gotta go on watch. PS Looking for a good spa in Wikiki.
